Intermediate Rock Climbing Technique

Rock climbing takes more than a buff upper body. It requires flexibility, balance and gracefulness. Fine- tuning your body movements will open up a whole new world of climbing. Learn in one day what would take you a whole season to learn by trial and error.  This course is intended for experienced indoor climbers or folks with previous outdoor experience.

Looking to take your skill to the next level and into some multi-pitch terrain? Consider climbing in one of Vermont's most scenic State Parks, Smugglers' Notch! Smuggs is full of rock climbs and lacks the crowds you bump into at more popular crags. You will spend the day learning the language of easy transitions and fast and efficient techniques for multi-pitch climbing. Come get a couple hundred feet off the deck with us and enjoy some of the stellar classic routes of the Notch!
