Private Lessons

There are a few different ways to try out rock climbing for the first time:

Beginner Package

Appropriate for ages 12 and up; younger ages would purchase a Day Pass.

This package includes everything you will need to get started:a Day Pass (unlimited amount of climbing time), climbing shoes, a harness, and a Belay Orientation (about 10 minutes of instruction to teach you how to manage the rope for your partner). $35

One Hour Private Lesson

Appropriate for ages 8 and up. 

Looking for a little more direction beyond the Beginner Package? A one hour private lessons with one of our instructors is perfect. 

$65 for Members, $75 for non members, and $40 per additional person.

  • Technique based lessons:Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced lessons
  • Skillsbased lessons: Anchor Construction, Route Reading, Rappelling, Lead Belaying, Lead Climbing & Bouldering

Two Hour Private Lesson

Appropriate for ages 12 and up.

Tailor your 2 hour lesson to exactly what you want to learn.  

$80 for Members, $100 for non members, $55 per additional person.

  • Technique based lessons: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced lessons
  • Skills based lessons: Anchor Construction, Route Reading, Rappelling, Lead Belaying, Lead Climbing & Bouldering

3 x 1 Hour Private Lesson Package

Appropriate for ages 12 and up. 

If two hours in a row seems like a lot to handle, but you still want the comfort of private dedicated instruction, then this package deal is right for you. Package consists of 3, one hour sessions spread out over three consecutive weeks. You'll work with the same instructor and each session will build upon the previous one. All gear is included.

Our instructors are also comfortable setting up packages for more advanced climbers and lead climbing lessons. 

$150 for Members, $185 for non members, $100 per additional person.
