AMGA Assistant Rock Guide

Jayden is an AMGA Assistant Rock Guide and ice climbing guide with five years of experience introducing climbers to the beauty and reward of climbing on real rock and ice. He enjoys working with climbers of all experience levels and are especially motivated by helping guests build strong fundamentals, confidence, and sound decision-making skills in an encouraging environment.

Jayden has climbed extensively throughout Alaska, Patagonia, Canada, and Mexico, experiences that inform a thoughtful and adaptable approach to guiding across a wide range of terrain and conditions. Having recently moved to the Northeast, he is excited to explore and share the region’s beautiful climbing and ice offerings with clients. With AIARE Level 1, AIARE Rescue, and Wilderness First Responder certifications, he brings a strong foundation in avalanche awareness, companion rescue, emergency care, and risk management to the mountain environments.

When not guiding, Jayden can usually be found climbing, exploring new crags, or getting to know the local climbing community. Jayden believes climbing is best when shared; whether it’s a laugh, a lesson, or just the joy of being outside together!
