SumMAT (Summer Mountain Adventure Training) Camp
Our Summer Mountain Adventure Training (SumMAT) Camp offers summer adventures, challenges and fun for campers ages 6 to 16. Combining Vermont's largest indoor climbing center, ropes course challenges, dedicated and experienced leaders, and beautiful outdoor destinations, SumMAT Camp is bound to make a lasting impact.

Junior Climbing Club & Team 2008
Monday & Wednesday 6-8 pm
Climbers (all ages, 6-16) will have the option of coming one night per week or two nights per week. It is recommended that climbers interested in basic instruction and climbing as recreation attend one night per week, and climbers who are interested in more in-depth instruction and competition climbing (while still having FUN, of course!) attend both nights. Competitions begin in March; there will be 7 weekend competitions during the regular season (see below). Please make your kids aware that good behavior is crucial to being on the team—this is NOT simply babysitting!

Both include full membership to Petra Cliffs and gear rentals anytime

School Vacation Adventure Camps
Tired of the TV Set? Fill your school breaks with exciting days at our adventure camps. Every session will have different adventures and activities. Ages 6-14.
Camp meets at Petra Cliffs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day (extended hours 8-9am and 4-5pm are also available.)
Discounts are available for multiple children.
February Vacation Camp
Join Petra Cliffs on your days off from school and we will go on a new adventure each day. Activities might include: outdoor ice climbing, indoor rock climbing, skiing, snow shoeing, games, ropes course, and more!
- Dates: February 25 - 29, 2008
- Time: 9am - 4pm. Morning and afternoon extended care available.
- Cost: $ 65 per day or $ 300 for the week
- Time: 9am - 4pm. Morning and afternoon extended care available.
April Vacation Camp
Join Petra Cliffs on your days off from school and we will go on a new adventure each day. Activities will be indoors AND outdoors, which are TBA closer to April depending on weather.
- Dates: April 21 - 25, 2008
- Time: 9am - 4pm. Morning and afternoon extended care available.
- Cost: $ 65 per day or $3 00 for the week
- Time: 9am - 4pm. Morning and afternoon extended care available.
Prices include: All equipment, low student-to-guide ratio, and expert instruction. Members receive a 10% discount on all programs. All courses run from 9am to 4pm, unless otherwise stated.
